Group Cycle

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Hatha Flow Yoga

Concentrates on physical health and mental well-being through postures, breathing techniques and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Yoga postures work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands and tissue. Hath Yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.

Chair Yoga is for those wanting a way to stretch your body and relieve tension without leaving your chair. Virtual Endurance Ride

Do you miss riding outside?…Robin Frahm does too!!! Join her for a ride to great music and outdoor visualization. Robin is a seasoned outdoor cyclist who knows what the outdoor rider misses all winter long!! If you long for the serenity of riding outside you need to get to this class!!
